Graduate/ Junior Accounts Assistants (1 - 2 years’ experience)

About the roles:
- Accounts payable tasks including entry & coding transaction to appropriate GL
- Credit card reconciliations
- Expense claim processing
- Organising travel/bookings of flights and accommodation
- Answering the phones and doing general admin duties
- Must be happy to be an all-rounder and be well presented with an excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to multitask
- Proficient in MYOB
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ad hoc duties as required
