Founder

Philip Mulvey is part consultant, part contractor, part researcher and part entrepreneur but has always been a free thinker.  He has built army bases in East Timor, supervised the erection of the largest tent in the UK, sold meat pies in the USA, cleaned up 2 uranium mines, developed townhouses on landfills, rewrote the manual on oil palm development on PASS in Sumatra, evaluated rehabilitation of the desert in Kuwait, participated in the first green city design in the world, evaluated degraded land on the Monaro and he has represented Australia in sailing.

He currently has businesses in environmental soil science, whole of farm management, remediation and civil earthworks and property development in which he has trained numerous scientists in the art of commercial scientific problem-solving.  He is a father of 4 and a grandfather soon to be of 4.  (His family are undecided whether he is a pain in the arse all the time or only part of the time). Chairman Advisory Board

Michael has 48 years experience in the financial sector across a number of industries. His experience includes 11 years as the CFO and GM Retail for Virgin Asia Pacific Entertainment Group and 11 years at Panavision Asia Pacific & European Film Group as CEO, (Deputy CEO Europe), Operations Board LA.

National Consulting Manager & Principal Environmental Engineer

Robbie is a Principal Environmental Engineer and a Certified Contaminated Land Assessment Practitioner. He has successfully led teams in the delivery of complex contaminated land assessment and remediation projects across Australia and internationally. He has a strong client focus and has built a reputation for delivering practical, sustainable and commercially viable solutions.

NSW Manager

A Certified Environmental Practitioner with a Site Contamination Specialist certification, Stephan is an experienced environmental scientist and hydrogeologist with 20 years of consulting experience in the public and private sector servicing downstream oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, construction and land development clients across Australia. He has recent regulatory experience having worked with the contaminated sites section of NSW EPA.

Stephan enjoys providing technical and strategic advice regarding environmental due diligence, managing contaminated land from investigation to remediation and validation, and assisting clients with expert technical advice regarding hydrogeology and the assessment of impacts on groundwater from contaminated sites.  He thrives on mentoring and developing team members to realise their full potential and is also a commissioned officer of the Australian Army Reserve (since 2015).

VIC Manager

Tim is a highly experienced consultant specialising in contaminated site management, with over 20 years working across consulting, government and contracting.  Tim enjoys providing considered and relevant advice to clients, supporting them to manage their environmental liabilities and opportunities, and making a material difference in improved environmental outcomes across projects or in business operations.  He has been described by clients as a ‘commercially realistic environmental consultant’, who is able to assess and articulate issues and risks in a concise and easily understood manner

Queensland manager

Kimberly is Queensland Manager and Principal Environmental Engineer. She is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland and Project Management Professional. Her career has been enriched with the opportunity to work and travel through Australia, Canada and the US. She is skilled at bringing projects from initiation to closure, on time and on budget, while keeping safety at the forefront of what she does. Kimberly enjoys providing clients with tailored, practical and effective solutions to manage environmental liabilities and compliance. She leads a high performing team of auditors, scientists and engineers who excel at giving science-based solutions to a range of industries including government, mines, transport, property developers and oil & gas

Technical Director

Mark has over 23 years industry experience in the fields of soil science and hydrogeology, specialising in contaminated land assessment and remediation, human health and ecological risk assessment, groundwater solute transport assessment, and acid sulfate soil investigation and management. He is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) Contaminated Site Assessment and Management(CSAM) accredited, and a statutory contaminated land/ site/ environmental auditor in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and NT. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majoring in Soil Science, and a Master of Science (Groundwater Hydrology).

New Soil General Manager

James has been an Environmental Engineer for ten years with a few breaks for global travel. His environmental experience has predominately focused on the investigation, remediation design and remediation of gasworks, including the large Leicester and Bilston Gasworks in the UK. Both projects James was on site as both the Site Engineer and environmental consultant.

James is passionate about leading the team in NSW and supporting them to achieve both their personal and career goals.

UK GENERAL MANGER

Ross has 25 years’ remediation contracting experience with many years working at director level for SME and large corporate environmental consultancies.

Ross’ career has been very much centred around innovative D&B remediation contracting. Keeping pace with the evolving UK remediation sector has seen him shift from designing solutions based on in-situ and ex-situ treatment technologies, towards risk-based material management strategies where the objectives are to add value through scope minimisation.

 

Finance and Administration Manager

Kylie is an experienced Finance and Administration Manager with a diverse working history including liquor wholesale, financial services, and the waste and recycling industries.
