With age comes experience and with 30 years of environmental consulting experience, Environmental Earth Sciences has proven itself as an industry leader and household name in environmental due diligence for local governments, councils and developers throughout Australia.
Environmental Earth Sciences (Brisbane) continues to make a difference to our environment by being selected as the preferred Environmental Consultant to construct a landfill gas monitoring network across Gold Coast City Council-owned landfills. The network will enable the Council to improve the way landfill gas is currently monitored and managed as well as provide a risk profile for future development adjacent to existing landfill sites. Green Property, a division of the EESI Group that assists buyers and sellers of commercial land throughout the property cycle (acquisition, disposal, and management), will also be involved in this project undertaking a dilapidation survey of infrastructure surrounding the proposed drill locations.
EESI Group CEO, Ryan Millar had the following to say about the win, “I’m extremely proud of our team in Brisbane for continuing to deliver to clients, like the City of Gold Coast solutions that are financially viable and scientifically sound. We believe this win can be attributed to the team’s existing knowledge of the sites, our solution’s value for money and the quality of our submission. We’re pleased to be working with the City on this project because one of our core beliefs at Environmental Earth Sciences is that effective environmental due diligence will result in the best strategies for managing potential risks.”
This project is an example of how the EESI Group can offer our clients turnkey, integrated solutions. With both Environmental Earth Sciences and Green Property working closely together to monitor the sites and asses the surrounding infrastructure we are providing a complete solution optimised to suit the City of Gold Coast’s requirements.
